chef Maria, the heart and soul behind Juan More Taco, grew up surrounded by the flavors and traditions of Honduran cooking. for her, food was never just about recipes - it was about getting together at the table, celebrating, and passing down stories through every bite. with that vision, she brought a bold and vibrant twist on Latin American cuisine to Fredericksburg and now Richmond, determined to create food that feels like home.

This is by far the best tacos we have had in Richmond. Their tamarind and their maranon aguas frescas were on point. Their margaritas, could't get enough. We will definitely come back
Uno de los mejores. Easily one of the best tasting Mexican restaurants outside of SW Detroit, Texas, or Mexico. The service was incredible and the drinks were so delicious! I'll be trying to come each week...This place was right on par!
Fantastic vegan options-they have a full vegan menu that includes delicious loaded fries, tostones rellenos, and a crunch wrap.
The tacos and house salsa were very good. We had the chicken al pastor, birria, and carne asada tacos along with the corn cake dish with shrimp, and everything was tasty and authentic enough. We definitely recommend checking it out.
